About Me

After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration at the University of Maryland, Erin Mullins excelled in her field by receiving the "Excellent Customer Service Award" at Holy Cross Hospital.  She then continued to receive outstanding patient feedback at Maryland Oncology Hematology, George Washington University Hospital and White Oak Outpatient Imaging.  While working under these esteemed healthcare providers, she discovered a need to ensure a higher quality patient-care system.  Over the years, healthcare has plateaued when catering to the needs of patients, healthcare accessibility and follow-up care. The immense responsibility of managing, obtaining and scheduling certain healthcare needs fell mainly on the patient.  CareFully Present will manage those everyday healthcare tasks such as, obtaining medical records, requesting referrals, scheduling appointments, ordering adaptive eqiupment and follow-up care.  These services will allow patients to fullfill their healthcare needs in the comfort of their homes.
